D Family: A case of double exposure or double family fun!

I met Elena through my photography classes at Niagara college. Elena is a very talented photographer, and so, when she asked me to photograph her family I was thrilled and obviously very honoured! Elena is the proud mother of twin boys. I often wondered what having twins would be like... it was so neat hanging out with the “D” family on their shoot... watching them interact... mom and dad have a little system managing their double load... and it works... perfectly! The boys were little angels... so well behaved... needless to say, I was impressed! Thank you Elena for allowing me to capture your family’s memories and a little glimpse into your precious family’s life!

Beckie & Dale: A love on the rocks...well not literally!

Beckie and Dale have their wedding planned for later this year up north in their hometown. However, they wanted their engagement photos taken here, in the Niagara region where they now call their home. We had a wonderful time capturing the love, fun and romance of this fabulous relationship! Beckie and Dale were awesome... and willing to do anything to get that “awesome” shot! I regret that I think both Beckie and Dale are in need of a new set of shoes after splashing through a few puddles... but it was totally worth it! Thanks Beckie and Dale for a wonderful shoot, best wishes for a amazing wedding day and many happy years to follow!

Baby M: A special arrival at the 19th hole!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mallory and her husband on one of the crummiest days in June so far this year! We had planned to take Mallory’s photographs on the greens of her father’s golf course in Fort Erie, but mother nature had other plans for us. It was cold, rainy and very, very windy! So, instead we moved our photo session in the club house... it was so much fun! Mallory is gorgeous pregnant and she has one of the cutest smiles I have ever seen! Nearing the end of the shoot, the rain let up a bit and I snuck mom and dad outside for a couple of pictures on the fairway... something tells me it won’t be long before this little peanut will be golfing circles around me! Congrats “M” family, I can’t wait to meet your new addition to the family!

Baby L: A Little munchkin about to arrive in style!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brandie and her husband on one of the hottest days of May so far this year! I couldn’t imagine being 38 weeks pregnant in this heat, but Brandie never complained once, she smiled often and we chatted away about how she was measuring way ahead of her estimated due date! Brandie and her husband don’t know what they are having, it’s a surprise, I think it’s a girl... I can’t wait for baby to arrive safe and sound! Hang in there Brandie, although there seems to be no end to this heat, baby can’t stay in your belly all summer!
